रविवार को पालक-शिक्षक बैठक थी। इस दिन माता-पिता अपने बच्चों से मिलने आते कुछ समय बिताते और उनके साथ गार्डन में पेड़ के नीचे भोजन करते। लगभग ग्यारह बजे एक कार गेट के पास रुकी। उसमें दो बच्चे और उनके माता-पिता उतरे। गेट के अंदर पहुंचते ही ऊंचे पेड़ देखकर अचानक उसे कुछ याद आया
